Some notes from my dinner tonight
if you grill some pork chops slathered in Sweet Baby Ray's Hot & Spicy on your George Forman grill the night before, don't clean it, plug it in today...the leftover BBQ carmelizes before your eyes allowing you to scoop the hardening sauce from the grooves right into your mouth, just don't burn yourself.Wow it's good!
Sometimes, just plain old grilled chicken thighs heavy on the salt and pepper, skin crusty and brown with a little butter is just pure heaven. |
You are bringing back some good memories. Love the carmelized stuff... course it probably causes cancer on every part of the body it touches whilst going through but ya gotta die of something. Might as well be happy!

Shaun,
I regards to the post that Joe references, if you know of a few that match the bill, PM me with contact info. In reference to the grill work, I'm partial to the extra well done (burnt) skin from pork roasts |

Dammit, he keeps posting these excellent photos of mouth watering BBQ sessions and I want to see, smell and taste it in my mouth for a change! |
I am booked till August - no fool'n. What are the odds of an August meet?
|
Lets plan a second meet in August while there next month. Vegas is always Vegas, and people are always ready to go there.

The best chicken on the grill is not boneless, skinless. It needs the bone and the skin. You can cook simply with butter, pepper and salt, until the skin is crispy like bacon.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. |
Had to bring in the GFG today. Lunch is served!
