What I do when I'm not driving my 1979 911 SC.
I just finished cleaning up after a 4 course dinner that I prepared for some friends.
Here's the menu. 1st course Assortment of Bruschetta with goat cheese and caramelized onion & taleggio and sundried tomatoes with mixed greens 2nd course Asparagus with poached egg, parmigiano reggiano cheese and truffle oil 3 course Pan sauteed Alaskan Halibut with kalamata olive crushed potatoes, melted tomato, and white wine pan sauce 4 course Key lime cake (not made by me) I am a private chef that does dinner parties, cooking classes, etc... Here's a couple links to check out. http://www.dropshots.com/photos/1456...214/000012.jpg www.atyourtableonline.com http://www.dropshots.com/day.php?userid=145632&cdate=20070214&ctime=000002 SmileWavy |
can I be your friend? I'll bring the wine...
Although I'm not crazy about the kalamata olives. Was on vacation up north and the resort had a great restaurant. Did a tuna tombo wrapped in a thin layer of seaweed and puff pastry, cooked ruby rare, served over wasabi rice and wasabi and soy sauces. Amazing stuff. |
Very, very cool!
