Byron Nelson

I know most of you could care less about golf, but Mr. Nelson was one of the finest gentlemen to ever walk the face of the earth.

Anywho, I probably will have a few extra tickets to his tournament. I have so few friends, I know.

If anyone might be interested in seeing Sundays round, I may have 2 (drinks on the house) tickets. My plans are flaking. Parking isn't an issue, I live 3 blocks away. Let me know if you would be interested.

Hop on a plane, DFW airport is only 12 mins away from the action!

I wish I could promise the tickets, but I can't as of now. I will know for sure tomorrow around noon what becomes of the extras. I'm not going to sell them.

Byron was a true gentleman and a great golfer. Wish I could take you up on the offer, but I am stuck up here in the soggy northwest.

Matt, you ever eat at the Sushi place where the Tom Thumb Shopping center? The one nextdoor to Via Real (sp)? Fantastic all-you-can-eat sushi and very affordable.

Thanks for the offer but I will have to pass.

Lube,
Never have eaten there. In fact I haven't ever had sushi. May have to try it out.

I was hoping you and Max could have gone. That's the way Nelson would have wanted it. Life is about the kids.

Is Max taking a liking to the game?

Anyway, the tickets are off the market now, I gave them to a friend who used to work on my car before it was mine. He's never been to a golf tournament, besides that he lets me use his shop anytime I want.

Max and I haven't gone out this year, last year we went out several times and hit the range at least a half a doz. We have a tourny in a few weeks up in Bridlewood for work. Max is gonna round out our foursome! Should be interesting to do 18. Normally we only do 9 and hes ready to relax in the club house with a Pepsi and a Hot pretzle. Reminds me, I have to set the driving net up in the back yard so he can whack some.
