I agree he was a goof, a lot like Baghdad Bob, but he was hired by the NAR to be its shill. That was his job. The guy did his job with more chutzpah than most!

Just like Baghdad Bob, the writing is clearly on the RE wall, and his gig is up, so he had to go. He gave the NAR and its members quite a run, helping to pump up the biggest RE bubble in history.
