GPS/Nav for a Porsche

Do any of you have any experience with GPS/Nav in your Porsches. My buddy told me he had a hand held unit that he liked.

I would like to get one reasonably priced 500 or less. I like the idea off being able to see the road ahead in graphics and weather conditions. I understand they will tell you your speed. What other real cool amenities do they have... I would like one with a fairly large screen that you can read in the daylight..

Anybody have any recommendations?

My buddy said this one was a best seller?

Thanks:)

Which one's give weather conditions. I know the Garmin 496 and 396 can be mated to XM radio sig and get aviation weather but was not aware of any street GPS units that afforded weather for road travel. I'll be interested in the feedback.

Garmin Nuvi. 2nd Garmin car nav - great interface, compact, the 350 is about $400 or less.

Its hard to go wrong with a Garmin. Have several of them and all work excellent.
