Yeah 50/70 is a great old cartridge.

Yep,

And you put the powder down the barrel first then the bullet (sabot). Great way to hunt big game.:)

Go to somewhere like the Knob Creek shoot and rent one. The novelty will wear off quick.

This is also a stone age caliber and shell. Invented about 100 years ago, its not exactly new.
