What a weekend. I did a one-way car rental yesterday from Dulles to Asheville airports. Bike seller picked me up in Ashville (NC) and we drove another hour to his place in Sylva. We went for a very nice apprx. 10 mile test drive around the wet mountain roads, I on the GS and he on his new KTM. Unfortunately, I was too excited to take any photos yesterday and too tired to take any on the drive home. But here's how she looks after a 500 mile ride home.
   Seller and his wife graciously fed and put me up last night at their place. He is a serious gun nut and I came dangerously close to buying one of his Glocks in addition to the bike. His Wilson Combat 10mm was a work of art. I knew I was in a gun-friendly house when I went to the bathroom and found several rifle bags and boxes of Corbons there. Very cool trip.

LOL!! Procon is from Sylva and I have a vacation home there!
Except for the wet, great roads to test drive on huh? I love that little town and I am longing to get beck up there soon. Different breed of people in that area, good people, and that is something rare these days. You got to see one of the best parts of this country imho.
