Return set for USA

Montana to be specific, will be back this summer so get the Canadian hotties ready for me. lol

Malmstrom AFB...anyone near?

Joeaksa 05-14-2007 01:59 PM

Leland used to be based there, bet he has some friends still stationed there.

Beautiful place in late spring, summer and early fall, all three weeks of it! I lived in Helena and it was still snowing there on the 31st of May.

It is nice but cold as can be in winter. Get a garage lined up!

Joe

ha ha Joe I can imagine, yeah Leland is only 45 minutes from me now so I may try and meet up with him for some stories.

HD,

It really is a beautiful place but winter is tough. PCS as early as you can so you can enjoy the summer and get set up. It will start getting cold in late Sept. so you need to be ready.....

Does your dog get to come with you when you get transfered?
Just wondering.

k9handler 05-15-2007 10:04 AM

I am the lead trainer so I don't have a dog assigned to me...but I am in the middle of adopting one of our dogs who is not able to work anymore and he will come back with me.

Cool. Montana will be a fine place for the pups retirement I believe.

... that would only figure that we would essentially "swap."
We do need to meet before you leave.

no ****...I think it will be good for my mountain bike needs with B.C. being that close. Yeah we need to have a drive day or something kinda like I discussed with your buddy at the Ring a few weeks back.

MUCH better than Minot!!!! I really enjoyed my time at FE Warren back in the early 80's.

I'm in KY/OH now and still owe you some drinks...

I grew up in Idaho and have almost no idea what people see in Montana. Heck, Wyoming is twice the state that Montana is. Still, there are some attractive parts. Not Butte. Not Helena. Not Bozeman.

Speeding tickets are $5, or were, and you could pay the cop.

Watch out for the Killer Tumbleweeds. Tell the tourists you are a Sage farmer and ask them if they saw your crops on the way into town.
