When I become President;

Different types of licenses will be needed for varying type of automobiles. Different types have different skill sets that need to be demonstrated. The same goes for motorcycles. For motorcycles, we will start at 250 cc and increment every 250 cc.

Also mandatory testing every six years. Certain licenses test will be excluded. If you have a sports car licenses you don't need to be retested for the economy car license.

And finally, you want to drive on the interstates, guess what? You'll need a tax stamp for that.
