More news I like to see..... but you will rarely see in the mainstream media.
YEAH !! Baby !! Instant Justice ...American Style !!! Go Baby Go! Shotgun preteen vs.. illegal alien Home Invaders November 5, 2006 Home invasion gone wrong for criminals. Two illegal aliens, Ralphel Resindez 23 and Enrico Garza 26, probably believed they would easily overpower a home alone 11 year old Patricia Harrington after her father had left their two story home. It seems the two crooks never learned two things, they were in Montana And Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine. Patricia, Was in her upstairs room when the two men broke through the front door of the house. She quickly ran to her father's room and grabbed his 12 gauge Mossberg 500 shotgun. Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buck shot from the 11 year olds knee crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals. When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical Help could arrive. It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen 45 caliber handgun he took from another home invasion robbery. The victim, 50 year old David Burien, was not so lucky as he died from stab wounds to the chest. Had this happened in CA, the ACLU would be out in force suing the 11 year old girl. (Not to mention the LaRaza groups claiming she was Discriminating.) Nice Shootin', Patricia! |

Uhm,
Wasn't this posted last week and was determined to be bogus? http://forums.pelicanparts.com/off-topic-discussions/346169-i-just-love-stories-like.html |
Seems that a lot of you aren’t happy unless illegal aliens are dead, particularly as a result of gun violence.

I am in favor of defending one's life and property, but the concept of it being OK to kill someone in one instance and yet be in favor of "right to life" simultaneously.
Not taking sides here, just wondering if this is a cast of cognitive dissonance. |

Hmm... one has proven themselves to be a cyst on the ass of society, a predator with the worst of intentions. The other is the most innocent form of life imaginable. You really struggle with this? |
Yes. One cannot make a judgement like that. Either all life is sacred or it is not. Morals aside. No room for waffling. Which side of the argument are you on? See below:
Now in my opinion, I have no problem with capital punishment for certain crimes. There are times I would gladly pull the switch if by doing so future victims could be spared. I also have no problem with birth control or, in specific circumstances even abortion (Yeah..the old favorites.rape, incest, extreme danger to the mother, even if the fetus is severely damaged and incapable of independent function). The point at which that egg becomes sentient and therefore an "individual" in the true sense of the world is, to some, the moment it meets its opposite....the sperm. Is this truly the case? I do not know, but my feeling it is not. But, if one believes this is the case, then all abortions are wrong and there should be no exceptions. Legislating morality and taking away the freedom to make choices, even bad ones, begins the slide down a very slippery slope that could potentially end in an essentially theocratic society; something I never want to see in this Country. |
