I am a twin and I can say with all certanty that I would not bed my brothers girlfriend or wife.

Looking at these fools, they are lucky to be getting any tang whatsoever. The chick must have been confused not knowing who was who.

Boy,

The girls in Missouri must be hard up to get lucky...

Those two are "real winners" in every sense of the word....

Joe

(and I used to live in Missouri!)

How cool is that? Now if the twins were women and the man was the one having sex with both unknowingly . . .

That story made me think of that damn Chris Ledoux Rodeo song for some bizarre reason.

What if it was 2 sets of twins and they were switching off and the women ended up pregnant?

I'm waiting for the mini-series.

Would it be too reasonable to make each of them pay 1/2 the support?

The 'Show Me' state!

We had a lengthy discussion at work about this this morning.

There are two very unique perspectives:

1) What is best for the adults?

2) What is best for the children?

In this particular situation, they seem to be at odds with each other.

If the threshhold is that paternity must conclusively be proven, that leaves the kid out in the cold with no child support

If we resolve to act in the favor of the child, there are two choices there. We could chose to believe the mother until conclusively proven wrong or we could say that both men are equally responsible. I am hesitant to establish the precedent that the mother should not be believed in the absence of overwhelming proof she is wrong. I am also hesitant to establish the precedent that all possible fathers are financially responsible for a child in the absence of conclusive proof of paternity.
