How to set up factory tour ?
Hello
I have tried to use the search and found some info but need some help , I will be in Germany for three weeks in Sept and would like to take the Porsche factory tour, how do I make the reservations, I can't find anything on their factory website. Any help would be appreciated, I know that the old museum tour is free and walk in, the new one is scheduled to open in 08, Thanks, Todd SmileWavy |
Contact PCNA in Atlanta really really soon, and you may be able to do it...
|
Call Keri Carter at PCNA
1-800-446-7978, ext. 8 Her email is kcarter at porschecars dot com You can also contact the factory directly: Sigrid dot Mauz at porsche dot de And ask for the English language Tour. Very worthwhile and hopefully the new museum should be competed. |
If you speak German, you'll have a much better shot at getting into that tour. When I was there, I got bumped from the English tour. Luckily the German one was only one other guy and his son, picking up their new 996 turbo cab that day. Also lucky for me that I speak German.

Take as many pics as you can (or as they allow).

They don't allow any pics on the tour.

Hey Mike
I will take pics in the museum and the grounds but as Rick posted above they will not allow cameras inside the factory, I sure hope the new Museum is up and running, From what I here the M Benz plant is nearby and is available for tours as well , I might hit that as well, Todd SmileWavy |
