Jump around. Very cool.

I imagine the potential "biff factor" is very high however, especially the stair stuff

Yea, maybe I'm losing my edge but that crap is scary dangerous! Most of them without a melon bucket too. I checked on eBay, yours for $270

I enjoy watching athletics as much as anybody but this whole "extreme sports" thing has gotten, well extremely stupid.

There are literally thousands of hours of video with people trying to kill themselves on skateboards, skis, mountain bikes, motocross bikes, etc. and I don't mean common little stunts like taking a few jumps or doing a half pipe. More like people jumping off mountains or riding down flights of stairs totally unprotected risking serious injury... all for their fifteen minutes of fame.

Again, I have ridden dirt bikes and BMX style bicycles (we didn't call them that back in the day) he11 we even used to "street louge" (ride down a hill laying on a skateboard, we didn't know we were being cool) but the kind of stuff I see in video is just crazy.
