Mid Night Club
The Mid Night club always exerted a fascination for me since I first read about them in a couple of car magazines a long time ago. Lets face it, any club that has as one of its membership requirements ownership of a streetcar with a top speed of at least 200 mph is going to be interesting. I tried a couple of internet searchs a couple of times but never came up with anything interesting.
Now I've found their story on wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mid_Night_Club Makes a lot of the streetracers we know look like halfhearted wannabees. I'd love to know a little more about the two million doller 911. The way they finished is also rather telling. A class act.
