I just saw that and was thinking the same thing. I mean, how much investigation is left to do when you have videos of him taking $100,000 in cash and $90,000 of it shows up in his freezer?

Where else but in a district including New Orleans could such a man, with these allegations hanging over his head, get re-elected? Oh wait; Washington, D.C. with their crack head mayor. Anyone else see a pattern?
