Girls softball series
I'm watching and a couple of observations:
First, some amazingly hot chicks on the Arizona team. Second, the Arizona pitcher is not even looking at the catcher when she throws! Her head is reared so farback via the effort that she can't even see at the release. Very odd.

no need to look. It's about the release point. My dad pitched AAA fast pitch softball back in the 50's and 60's. I did some fast pitch as well, but I was never near his level. He could make the ball break any direction he wanted...up, down, left, right. His drop was damn near unhittable. He would have a constant bruise on his right hip from his hand smacking it on the release. By where is foot was on the rubber and that release point, he knew where the ball was going...never really had to look.

And many NBA players can't make more than half their freethrows
