Fraudulent sales of an auto (repeated failiure to disclose known damage and repair) possibly in collusion with the car's long time mechanic (did PPI) and former owner (mechanic and former owner are not the same guy) via a broker....all in Southern Oregon.

Good for you! Post how it turns out. Seems more than a few people on this board think that sellers of defective crap have no liability or responsibility after the sale.
