The thing that bothered me most about this case was that it was brought by a judge--someone who is supposed to display exceptional judgment.

I don't know how the Chungs were ridiculed at all. AFAIK, everyone in this area sympathized with them. If their shop were anywhere near me, I'd go to them from now on. I hope they get their legal bills taken care of, but I don't know how this stuff gets enforced. That plaintiff judge brought huge ridicule upon himself and should be kicked off the bench and disbarred. I'm surprised his neighbors haven't run him out of his house yet.

Wasn't he just some sort of an administrative law judge? I think he lost his license, too, didn't he? He was handling this case pro se.
