No, it's a company that does business evaluations and consulting or something like that. I can't even speak to their effectiveness, only their persona. Somehow they conned my dad into a meeting and they came when he was gone so I turned them away to much rudeness. When they call on the phone you have to pry their identity out of them just like a telephone scammer "oh he knows me" or "just put me through", yea right

Apparently they are under investigation or have been indicted by the state of Illinois for their acts but I don't know the details.

we get faxes all the time about selling the practice (which i promptly trash; i need my job!) and they are no better than nigerian scammers really.
this kind of 'white collar' used car bull**** is a major big deal and requires every small bsns owner to be in top form so as to be able to send it packing like Lendaddy did!

I should have sat for the meeting, damn it! That would have been hilarious to string them on.
It was some Russian chick with a very expensive suit driving a junky old Buick....you can't write this stuff I see a movie in the vein of Glengarry Glen Ross.

They are the motormeisters of the management consultancy world. An embarassment to the profession. Always one step ahead of the sheriff and the lynch mob. Technically they are an incompetent joke with the sales ethics of a very hungry insurance salesman with a pregnant wife. Avoid at all costs.
