Trying to find an APT/HOUSE for Daughter and 2 roomates
 
My 20 year old and 2 roomates are going to be juniors at SFSU. They need a 3 BR place in a safe neighborhood.

Of coarse the parents will be on the lease. Budget $2,300.00 per month (ouch)

Any help would be appreciated. Its been 30 years since I rented.

Real Estate Broker?, Newspaper? Internet?
Any pelicanites have property in SF?
