Brake Job, 2002 Accord
Sorry, I know it's not P-Car & may get moved....
I've got a 2002 Honda Accord. The previous owner (Certified Pre-Owned Lease turn Back) put after market pads on it and though they have life left, they squeel like a MUTHA !! -It BUGS me ! Have any of you ever done a brake job (Pads all around & New Fluid) on a 2002 Accord ? Difficult ? Hopefully the rotors don't need machined or worse, replaced. (Visually, mine don't look bad, but the lady at Honda said they've seen after market pads warp the rotors.) I've done the entire brake system on my 911, not to mention the whole rear suspension. The local Honda dealer wants over $400 for the pads to be installed. More (approx $40) for new fluid. Then something like $138 per rotor if they need machining.
