Any Pelicans in Minneapolis, MN??
I am looking at purchasing a bulk bottle of refrigerant in Minneapolis, but the person selling does not want to ship it. It IS legal to ship through the USPS with the proper labeling. If everything works out, I will send shipping funds and all of the appropriate labels to anyone that can help.
