Opinions, suggestions, and directions.
I'm looking for a new watering hole. I've outgrowing the one I have been frequenting for the last 7 years. I live in Westchester, CA and work in El Segundo, CA so I'm looking of a place in that general area. Attributes which I'm looking for in a bar: - Price value, paying $8.00 for a pint of beer is just plain annoying. - Beer, full bar, and food (food is not necessary if they will let you order in). - Not a sports bar, frankly I just don't care about sports. - Good hearted people to chat with, worldly, street wise or educated are good traits. - Jukebox Opinions, suggestions, and directions? Thanks, Arron

I've been to the Richmond Street bar and grill for lunch. I should try it in the evening.

I used to go to the Richmond St Bar years ago when I worked in El Segundo on Nevada St. (79 to 89). Good place for lunch and a beer after work. The Raiders trained and practiced in El Segundo and some (including Howie Long) used to stop in there.

Where are you in Westchester? Therre a couple of us here. E-mail me at Steve@stevevernondp.com and let me know what part you live in. have you tried Tower on Linclon. Tony owns it and it is a small family type place where eventually everyone will know your name Steve
