Google Apps
 
Anybody with a small business using Google Apps? We're currently using our own server and network. We're too small to have an IT guy and it seems like there are constant problems.

Google Apps looks like a magic bullet for us. Everything I have now would be on Google's 'server' and my guys (who are on the road 90% of the time) could access/upload files, data, docs, eMail, etc. from anywhere with an internet connection. What's the downside to this?

The downside is that all your information would be on googles server. I personally wouldnt trust google to not use that information for their benefit. But I am a worry wort about Big Brother stuff.
