Look who visited me today!
Working in my garage my garage today and looked over to see a visitor!!! It was very close to where I was working so I guess he was in defensive mode. I then declared visiting hours over!!! I dont know what kind he was - was being the key word.
Then I had a visitor is the back yard! http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1185038479.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1185038565.jpg |
Oh, he's harmless ...just toss him in the smugglers box to keep mice away!

Looks to be a cottonmouth. Shoot to kill is what I would do...can't stand them.

I would have blasted that f*cker's head off!! Should'a fed it to the hawk.
|
The hawk has become a regular in my back yard. This snake was the second one in the past month that has sought refuge in my garage. The first one was a 6 foot black snake. I must say, he put up a far greater fight that the one today!

They taste so good :) -Nick |
YIKES!
The weather may suck for 7 months out of the year in New England, but at least we don't have to deal with critters like that! The most we get here is an occasional black bear wandering into a suburban environment, or a very very seldom timberwolf sighting (they aren't *supposed* to live in CT, but people see them and take pictures of them here) We also get some pretty large birds of prey, but that's more a concern for my parents' kitties than for us... |
