I am about to write off the Tour day France for good. What percentage of the top ten in General Classification use performance enhancing drugs or blood doping methods undetectable by current testing?

Seems like a lot of people watch Barry Bonds. Read an interview with Greg LeMond(met him once, he seemed like a genuinely nice guy) recently about this subject. I personally think the scandals in sports reflect the decay of values
