How do you PM on the new forums?
 
Sounds like a stupid question but I can't seem to figure out how to PM on the new forum layout?:D

Apparently, you need to be logged in.

Well I think I am logged in? In the upper right hand corner it says " welcome rfuerst911sc" in the toolbar?

I'm sorry. Island explained the second part. You need to click on their name. A pull down menu appears on which is listed an option to send a personal message. Click on that, and a screen appears in which you can type your PM.
