Its funny but some of the simplest things are really bad for airplanes. For example, simple green will eat an airplane apart, its really not good for aluminium.

Another thing that really kills them is urine. Many airplanes have a potty onboard or a "pilot relief tube" and if that breaks or leaks then the urine gets in the belly and slowly starts eating the bird apart. Also on cargo birds that have flown animals have it the worst...
