The effect many people seem to enjoy when they drink alcohol, does represent their "being harmed."

The body recognizes alcohol as a poison, and starts working over-time trying to eliminate it from its systems almost immediately after it is ingested.

Ingesting small amounts of alcohol, over a wide time-frame, does not appear to be particularly dangerous to your body's systems, but keep in mind that the "reaction" you feel when you drink it, is a consequence of its toxicity.

Kalua, Bailleys, Grand Marnier, (terrible spelling I know) go bad....
Regular spirits should be fine.

I never even tasted it...It's in the garbage.

Went bad on me when Got a 135 in a 35 in my 1971 Chevelle SS 454 1989...

had some seagrams gin that was opened up originally probably 15 years ago. nastiest tasting stuff i've ever imbibed. my dad, alcoholic extraordinaire, explained that, like others here have mentioned, that..well..it was seagrams, what did i expect??

Wine will go bad if the cork goes dry and air gets to it.....

There was also a bottle of champagne...No "pop" under the cork and it was stinky, too.
