The Buffet and Lard Diet
 

Last night I fried up a coupla pork chops using lotsa Lard in the pan....Ummm they was a fine pair of chops....anyway.

This Lard diet sure is working I'm now down 35 pounds....since April 8th. My legs now look like tooth picks sticking outa my shorts, if I undo the belt my pants drop to the floor. Not much to see there really, so don't get too excited. (Thats why I have a Porsche don't U know).

I have basically done it with restricting Carbs. under a 100 gr a day. Not hard to do if yur serious. Hey didn't some of U Boyz go on a diet awhile back..I think a coupla ya lost around 20 pounds which is real good for U Boyz. The rest of U were merely pretending that you were doing something constructive with your lives.

Boy Nostatus, you and Mother really are on the same wave length, thats exactly what she said in my ear when I posted the above statement. I just told her it was to easy of a shot, and that I expected better from the Boyz. That they would be too wary of being led into a trap. No I just give you hope. That if you try hard enough long enough that U can be just like me someday. Mother says God Forbid the thought, or waqs that your Mother that just said that...I get confused sometimes at just whose Mother is talking.
