Mr Dell issues
 

I have a Dell Lattitude laptop I've been useing for several years with no issues. I am running Windows XP operating system. Recently I purchased a HP Photosmart all-in-one printer and when I installed the software for the printer every time I turn on the laptop I get a Mr Dell message, I click on it and the computer continues to boot up. I never had this Mr Dell issue in the past. Today I did a files search for Mr Dell and found a bunch of crap, when I tried to delete the main file I got a message saying it could not be deleted as it was needed for operating the computer. So is there a way to turn Mr Dell off?
