VW Bus with Porsche 911 Power
Can anyone point me in the right direction to learn about how/if this can be done? For my next project I am considering a 50's early 60's westie.
Thanks, James |
Pretty sure John Walker has some posts about one he made
|
JWW's was a 3.2 / webers / 915 and if I remember correctly his had a 911 steering rack in there too.
On what it did - as he put it "no more of this never get behind a VW bus crap..." |
|
links? pics?
Thanks |
|
good links guys, not sure I will go 'that far'. But good links!

Thanks Sir, your crew in NC already tried to 'sell me' the old bus outback
|
Sell??? Sell, I would pay you to take it. Please!!
|
thanks but I think someone needs to pay ya'll to build that into something cool. I want a transporter I think, double cab, like the Emory one.
