pretty stupid and very wasteful from my perspective. Parents should kick all their asses.

Where did that take place?

These kids need to be drafted first if this is the biggest achievement they've accomplished "as a group". How absolutely pathetic!

The fact that it is sanctioned by the school is amazing to me.

All of them are idiots, including the school administrators, the kids parents are probably idiots too.

At the end it said the kids do. I'm just shocked how the town seems to encourage this.

If you watched to the end of the video, it said the kids who did it clean it up afterwards.

I agree that it is wasteful and idiotic, but so is tracking a 911, shooting guns for fun, and a lot of other things. Are all you guys stuck up old fuddy duddies? Did you never pull a prank as a kid?

I was never big into the whole school spirit thing, but whatever. I think there are plenty of more constructive things that the administration could nurture under the "school spirit" but didn't seem that anyone got killed or drove drunk or any other of other "typical" teen activities.

It's a tradition for the school. It doesn't hurt anything. I'm fine with that. They do it, they leave it for a few days, they clean it up. Driving overpowered cars on a racetrack is wasteful too. Who are we to judge?

"...a bonding experience..." WTF? School sanctioned....WTF?

Yeah, yeah, I'm a party pooper. A TP'd house is a prank. This is just a mindless waste of time and money...to TP it AND especially to clean it up.

I agree with Chris, they are well on their way to a career in rapid retail food service. Just stupid.

Stupid though it may be, I can remember being that age. Considering that it was school sanctioned, that they are picking it up, and that toilet paper will decompose pretty fast, I fail to see the harm here. Perhaps they would be better off left to their own devices?

I'm not outraged.

BUT--- if you guys have a way for them to get my fries out faster and hotter, then lets throw that in too

Might be cool if they made the incoming freshmen clean it up.

Best,

I don't see the appeal, but just last week, after Wake Forest's basketball coach (Skip Prosser) died, the school's quad/commons was TP'd in similar fashion (a tradition they say). For some reason, I just don't think those grads will be serving fries anytime soon
