Yep...I agree with Johnco. I mean, a couple of nights ago, I left a $30 tip (20%) for a meal enjoyed by Cindy & I. A buck spent for a lottery fantasy? No big deal...other than I do agree with the concept that the government has enough money.

My REAL lottery fantasy? To own a lottery. The state of Oregon takes in Billion$ per year. Most of it on in line poker & slots machines. The numbers racket and scratch offs are small spuds indeed.
