Danny, will PM you the info soon as my wife forwards to me.

Found out today from a friend who is a neighbor of the original broker that she was diagnosed with breast cancer 2 months ago. She went straight into chemo which leads me to believe it may be advanced.

In that case I can understand her being preoccupied and hope it turns out for the best.
