The cat's already out of the bag, and everyone saw it coming. Just another example of the gub'mint being a "day late-dollar short" to add to the list which already includes illegal immigration, selling personal information, etc. It seems like some isssues are ignored until they start swinging out of the pendulums range and start becoming a problem.
All part of the capitalist process of stimulating the economy, letting it collapse somewhat, and starting the process over.
Only problem now is that we have unprecedented national debt(here's the "W" tie in:D), medical and legal costs are through the roof, corporations are either relocating or importing workers, and consumers have less dollars to spend because they are now indentured servants to the banks.
