"Appraise My Car"
Just found this show on Discovery HD. Pretty good. They go over and appraise a few cars, using the 1-6 condition rating system and A-F collectibility rating, and show average auction prices over the last 5 years. Some are restored, some are survivors. So far, they've all been American cars. Check it out...

I think they were repeats - I like to watch it too. I dont know if its just because its HD or its actually pretty cool. I like when they tell the dudes their car is worth 15k and they think 30K! They did have a 993 on once.
