Possible new source of energy to power cars (link)
|
Sounds promising, i'd like to see how much energy is extractable from a unit of land with this crop, as well the ratio of energy cost of production from start to end in comparison to the energy extracted. I know that our current process of extracting energy from corn is like 1 gal of ethynol to 1.2 gallons of gasoline energy to produce, meaning it costs more fuel to make than what you get out of it.
