New addition to the family
Well it has been 4 months since Max died and I still miss him. But for Mother's Day we went out to a farm that has working English Shepherds and brought Tilly home.
Meet Tilly:  And here she is sleeping under the desk as I type this.

While she's sleeping, pester her for me; poke her or something. Puppies are so much fun to mess with when they're in the stage of being unable to stay awake.

That's a sweet-looking little doggie, not familiar w/ the breed(?) Was your last dog the same?
At any rate, it's been 2 years since my dog died and I haven't gotten another yet. I got him only a month or so after the dog before him passed away and he really saved my life at the time. No dog "replaces" another dog, they are each wonderful and unique creatures that you separately become attached to, in my experience. Enjoy your summer!
