Surveyed a really cool house today
This house was on 3 acres. The owner was really cool. I told him his garage was a dream, he agreed. It was his dream but too much to take care of after he fell sick. So he is moving to smaller quarters and doing summers up North and Winters in a small place in Florida, the cars are going up North.
Not exactly my taste but I can respect his passion for cars and they sure did look fast. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y21...3Pinetree1.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y21...3/CIMG2402.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y21...3/CIMG2403.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y21...3/CIMG2404.jpg http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y21...3/CIMG2406.jpg He has a lift and a huge work area too. http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y21...3/CIMG2405.jpg |
To each his own but imho he ruined a truly classic '62 Impala SS 409 by putting a blower on it. That was my absolute dream car when I was in high school....
Yea, I'm that old..... :D |
My dream garage. I could take or leave the cars.
|
OMG! YESSSS....I STILL want a '62 bubble top!!
|
Nice garage, guy must be into blowers

Nice garage to store cars but not to work on them. You need a square building not a linear building. Those cars are so big you can't walk between the car and the walls. You have to walk outside to get from one end to the other. I've thought a lot about this sort of thing.
As far as the cars, to each his own. |
Would work for me. Could extend either front or back by 10 feet for not that much money and be in heaven.

Does the owner know you posted pictures of his place on the internet ?
do you think he would mind? |
