Looking for Living Trust Attorney in Socal? Help please
Hi everyone,
I have been thinking about this for a while and I have procrastinated long enough. Time to get my affairs in order even at my age (42)  .Can anyone recommend a good and honest person that can help me set up a living trust for my estate. I would like to have someone in either Orange County or Coastal LA... I will probably use the person a few times to help other relatives with their estates as well so I really need someone good and honest. Reasonably priced would be a bonus (I know I want everything... ;-))... Thanks, Luis

Good, honest, and reasonably priced? They haven't built that model lawyer as of yet. Not even a prototype!

We talked with a guy down here in San Clemente who was very honest with us. He charges in the range of $1200 to setup the living trust. I can get his info for you if you'd like.

Very few people need a living trust.. Unless your assets are into the mid 7 figures I doubt you need one.

I have a great Trust Lawyer.
His name is Paul Smith 213 613 2385 He handles our Living Trust and our son's Special Needs Trust. He is honest, fair and a pleasure to work with. His rates seem quite reasonable to me. PM me if you have anymore questions Steve
