I read every official notification message published of every Soldier who dies or is seriously injured. Its part of my Job as a 1SG in the US Army. It's not crap.

Ok so now the US should just become the agressor on all fronts?

Yes, Vote liberal in 2008.

WTF what about deplomacy?

Didn't work

What about the UN?

Don't work, curupt Liberals.

Its like me saying Oh I dont agree with you therefore I punch you in the mouth....

No...It's like you inavaded another country and threatened the entire worlds Oil supply, and have killed thousands perhaps millions of innocent people, and have failed to comply with resolutions, therefore I punch you in the mouth.

We attack Iraq but Bin Laden was not from there nor does he reside there.

How do you know he is not there? You should contact the CIA if you know that.

We attack Iraq due to unfinshed buisness of Bush Senior and a bunch of lies.

Once again we Liberated Iraq from a Dictator because they were not in compliance with resolutions.

Lets be realistic, America is now frowned upon by all other nations because we invaded a country that really posed no threat what so ever to us.

Opiniated, frowned upon only by the minority who speaks the loudest.

One of the guys(retired career Navy) who works for us lost his son last year:(
His son (a Marine) survived 2 tours in Iraq, busting down doors, only to die in a traffic accident, run over idiot in San Diego who ran a stop light:mad:
I for one would prefer to die of old age, but those who have died in Iraq were at least doing something they believed in, and are hero's, much more dignified than getting run downon your bike by a idiot with anti military & Republican bumper stickers on their car:mad:http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1190487592.jpg

It dosn't matter how one dies, it matters how one lives.

Rika, thanks for the plug.

I guess it says a lot, but not when you consider that the people he is referring to would rather be killing us on US soil. I would consider death at the hands of an enemy much more honorable than being plowed into by an inattentive driver in thier SUV.

I guess you can look at a few different ways, It's not like we useually have a choice.

Did not know that we now have a draft for military!? When did this start and how many draftees do we have in the military.

Byron,

The guys I know over there feel very strongly about what they are doing "in country" and would rather die doing something that makes a difference in our world. That said, most of them would rather die in bed, handcuffed there by 3-4 20 year old girls and ravaged for several weeks before giving up the ghost! :)

Could one of the mod's add: "soldiers deserve to be free from liberal wack jobs interfering in their jobs." ?

Thanks; I would like to vote for that option too.

sammyg2 09-23-2007 08:11 AM

Joe, ..... ummmm.... duh.
I guess I should have changed the font to green.
my point was that these folks volunteered for duty. Brave souls they are, I respect them and thank them but they did volunteer. They are not cowards, unlike some.

It pisses me off when tards like cindy sheehan and libs in congress try to diminish their contributions by trying to prevent them from winning.
Let them take care of business and come home when they are done. Stop trying to help and support our enemy and then turn around wonder why our soldiers are getting killed.
The liberal dems might as well start wearing towels on their heads and bombs on their vests.

lease define "winning". I have yet to hear a cogent definition of that word from either side that is consistent, logical and doable.

Sammy's on a little break, I'll answer....SmileWavy

Why would the definition of "winning" have anything to do with this? We "won" a long time ago, welcome to whenever.....anywho..., many would agree that certain initiatives following our win have failed, I would venture to say that the failures are more a result of not enough Troops on the ground (thank you politics), and the slow nature of the development of the Iraqi gov. and thier Army.

So, get on board with the Democrats that your gonna vote for and join the battle because niether Auntie Hilliary or Uncle O are bringing us out of this one any time soon.

It's not a situation that we are simply going to be able to unbolt the training wheels from and walk away.

News Flash....we still have US Troops in Germany.
