Barbara Walters has no class
 

The View has sunk to a new low. Nancy Pelosi's politics notwithstanding, I am appalled at her disrespectful treatment on The View. (Read below) Whoopie, I expect stupidity and low class crap from. But Barbara Walters? She gets no respect from me anymore. I'm no Niedermeyer, but how about a little decorum once in awhile.

"Paul Pelosi is accustomed to playing second fiddle to his famous wife, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. But on Tuesday’s episode of the daytime talk show The View, Mr. Pelosi stole the show.

“We have an older man in the audience who I think is so attractive,” said Barbara Walters, one of the show’s five female panelists. “You wanna take a look at Nancy Pelosi’s handsome husband?” she asked as cameras turned to a bashful Paul Pelosi and the audience cheered.

“I see you eying me,” quipped Whoopi Goldberg, another panelist. “That’s cool.”

Walters quipped about Goldberg, “I think she’d like to do your husband.”

Retorted Goldberg, “I would do her as well, but we should wait on that because you’re still in office, I don’t want to cause a problem.”"

Agreed, a fairly sad, pathetic attempt at quasi-hipness. Shut up Barbara. If the man is nice looking and you want to pay him a compliment how about in person? If you want to do it publicly, how about some maturity and class instead of sounding like trash as a 70 year old talking about "doing" him. Sounds as stupid as if she said, "that's how I roll!" SHUT UP.

I can't believe anyone dignifies that tv show by getting upset with it. What a joke. I'd rather watch paint dry. A bunch of grade school kids fighting on the playground make more sense than that bunch of idiots on a good day.

Seems par for the course for the View or any other housewife^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H daytime programming. Your expectations are unrealistic.
