No water shortage here

Quillayute, WA had nothing on us last month, 15.32" rain in my county. Most damage was to houses next to the White River, the rest of the county 'drains well'.
Jim

Sorry to hear that - I grew up not far from Quillayute and didn't know the rest of the world knew it existed. It's on the Washington NW coast, real rain forest, 120-135 inches of rain per year!

Hope you only have it for one month Jim.

It would be great if you would pipe some of that water over here to Georgia! I am so tired of not being able to wash my car(s) in my own driveway!!!

11.5" here last month and they project another 4" by Friday. At least it is warm and sunny here today.

I assume there's a meterological explaination, maybe some shift in the jet stream? We're scheduled for another 4-6" in the next few days.
Randy, if it were in my power I'd send some your way, this crummy dirt won't hold much over 1/2"/day, the rest is runoff.
