Car Fax info, please
 
I'm shopping for a truck. Maybe a year or two old, and I keep running into ads for "carfax". Could someone please explain how the car fax works, if it's worth it, and what kind of info it provides? I'm not shopping for a classic vehicle, just a four-door 2WD small truck. Modern tech. makes me think I should check this out. Thank you in advance!
