New lexus, dealer good, delivery driver BAD

I bought my car from lexus beverly hills, they seem great so far.

First let me say, I wanted to go out there and pick it up, but that's nearly impossible for about six states that collect tax on the spot in order to drive it off the lot. After that, depending in what state you reside, your own DMV gives you a credit of a predetermined percent. In the end it was less expensive to get shipped, even though I'm against open air transports.
TRUST me when I say Intercity lines are the only people I will ever use to move as car. The extra money is 100% worth it.

http://www.247autotransport.com delivered it to my house in Louisiana a few days ago.
But there was some damage he didn't want to admit to. At first I thought no big deal, I'll get a front lip somewhere, stock paint, and put it on. Don't know about the door ding. That's not something I can fix myself.

The more I thought about it though the more I wanted this guy to fess up about it, and maybe get a new bumper put on. At least some acknowledgment from the shipper that they have issues, and also that lexus beverly hills knows about these guys, and maybe prevents this from happening to others.

I know this is long winded, If I broke any rules let me know. I really do love the car. And I said I was going to put pics up, I just wish they weren't pics of damage.

The point of this is, Don't use open transport to ship a car. There are two companys in the US that are reputable.
http://www.247autotransport.com/ isn't one of them. It's so simple, there are reasons outfits like this don't move porsches and ferraris, and I'm an idiot for thinking otherwise.
Yesterday was all phone calls and emails. Alot of people got the email that started the whole thing. I won't post it here, as I believe some sort of solution is possible.
these are great cars

Pretty clear that it happend as part of the transportations process somewhere along the way.

But how can you be sure it was the drivers fault?

I can't see the mark you have circled higher up on the bumper. As for the gouges on the bottom of the spoiler, have them spot repaired. They are not really visible, I would much rather have them spot repaired than trying to get a color matched new bumper put on. Especially with a dark metallic paint.

Face facts, your going get it repaired, and scruff the thing youself a week later. We pay a price for having these low, slick looking cars......

When I bought my Boxster, one of the kids that moves cars at the dealer hit a parking block, and it left a big yellow scuff on the front airdam. They had a mobile paint guy come out and repair it, and it was, and is, perfect. And my car is artic silver.

BTW, nice car. Looks beautiful.

they are visible, and very deep, it's not repairable. and honestly, it isn't that low.
But i know what you're saying. Circle spot is a door ding, which I was infomed was not a door ding, but a paint sag.
anyway, i'm getting a new bumper cover, and you're right, the color match will be difficult. but it's still gotta be done. There's nothing I can do about that.
the whole thing kinda sucks.
