Harman pellet stoves

Hey gang, anybody here have ANY kind of inside line to this outfit. I have been using a Harman stove for four years with no problems. But like all things mechanical there comes a time. Problem is the dealer I bought from is gone and there is no one nearby. The factory does not deal directly with the public. But I needs to talk to a tech support person in order to do some kind of diagnostic. I may be able to fix the sucker myself with some parts.

They are in Halifax PA so I suppose I could get some kind of number thru directory assistance and then hope for the best.

Just thought I'd throw it out to this ecclectic and august body on the chance that ... well you never know.
