Blackberry help pls.
So I go to my messages and it says "no messages" but on the home screen at the upper left it says that I have 162 new messages. How do I access them? I hate this thing.

Have more than one account set up? You can have messages in one account = and not access them - You have to find that icon that's "holding" them.

Thanks Jeremy that's the problem--my work icon is gone--I just have the main "message" icon on the home page...
