only thing wrong with that ad, is that the dude has a slightly over optimistic view on the price tag

about 20K to rich, i can get you one , also used, unrebuilt, with the right mfi gear, all in the same unknown condition, 2.7RS for 6250 Euro

ok , the euro/dollar thing adds a bit to the price in dollars
but it's still 19K less then what this joker is asking for it

and get this, you get that gearbox with it


same seller, also has a 3.0RS for sale, which is waaay more rare
for the same price : 6250 Euro's, doesn't mention if it comes with a tranny , i doubt it does

or you can buy just the mg crankcase, for less then1500 Euro
and then get all the little tidbits seperately on fleabay


either way, 27 K without history, or famous name rebuild
is outta sight.

for fun , i asked the seller why this engine is valued so high , compared to the 8K 2.7RS engine + RS tranny, or 3.0 RS i can buy locally :D
