can you guys post some pics of your chili if you have any handy? it seems there are some massive differences between chili i'm used to and chili from other parts of the country.

I think chili is a lot like barbeque...it varies so widely depending upon the locale and personal techniques. Just like BBQ (any style, meat, etc.), I've never met a bowl I didn't like, but for some reason, DTW's scares me...I can't take things as fiery as some "pepper connoisseurs" that I've known...I've learned the hard way :)
